Jacki is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, and has completed the training programs of several cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean,Norwegian, Princess and Holland America. She is also a Hawaii Destination Specialist, certified Globus Tour Expert, and a Universal Parks Specialist, just to name a few!
